We welcome new patients, regardless of insurance status. If you don't have insurance, our team can help determine whether you qualify for our Sliding Fee Discount Program or other financial assistance options.

Some adults may see changes to Medicaid based on immigration status. If this applies to you, NY State of Health will mail or email you a notice.
Work requirement: Some adults ages 19–64 will need to show working, school, job training, or volunteering (~80 hrs/month). Many exemptions apply (under 18/over 65, pregnant, disabilities, etc.).
Renewals every 6 months: Most adults ages 19–64 must renew twice a year instead of once. Children, disabled, and Native American adults still renew yearly.

Through our participation in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program, we help eligible patients access prescription medications at significantly reduced costs through participating pharmacies.
