Dr. Kavanaugh Chandler is a mission-driven healthcare executive and the President & CEO of Damian Family Care Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). He is a passionate advocate for health equity and is guided by a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and have access to affordable, quality healthcare.
With leadership experience across primary care, school-based health clinics, service diversification, and community engagement, Dr. Chandler has dedicated his career to expanding access and developing innovative models of care that meet individuals and families where they are. His experience as an FQHC leader reflects a deep understanding of the unique role community health centers play in addressing both the healthcare and social needs of the communities they serve.
As President & CEO, Dr. Chandler is focused on strengthening Damian’s impact by expanding services, building meaningful community partnerships, improving the patient and team member experience, and ensuring the organization continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of its communities.
